The ALT1-C Griffon is Bremont’s most versatile pilot’s chronograph. Entirely hand-built at ‘The Wing,’ this piece features a 43mm hardened, stainless steel case with its signature Trip-Tick construction, as well as a domed sapphire crystal, ‘inverted’ chronograph pushers, the hallmark swooping lugs, a large signed crown and a sturdy multi-link steel bracelet equipped with a signed locking clasp. 

Vintage inspired and decidedly legible, the matte black, luminous dial features Arabic hour indices, a stealthy date indicator at 6 o’clock, a matching stick handset, a dual register configuration and a central ‘lollipop’ chronograph seconds hand.

Powering this robust chronograph is a self-winding Bremont Calibre BE-50AE; an upgraded Valjoux 7750 equipped with 42 hours of power reserve, 25 jewels and a chronometer-certified grade.

Accompanied by all its complete set of factory goodies, this piece has all the hallmarks of a Bremont sports watch blending modern and vintage the only way Bremont can.

Founded in 2002 by brothers Nick and Giles English, British brand Bremont has since become a beloved manufacture of racing, aeronautical and military-inspired timepieces.

Based in the picturesque Henley-on-Thames, Bremont designs and produces a diverse array of watches in its own facilities. Its technology — including its three-piece Trip-Tick case — has ensured its use the world over by racing teams, explorers, and the militaries of myriad countries, who are catered to by a dedicated special projects division. Indeed, entire squadrons of fighter wings have been outfitted with their own special Bremont watches.

Partnerships with distinctly British organizations including the Ministry of Defense, Jaguar and England Rugby have ensured Bremont a place as the UK’s most visible watchmaker, while a new manufacturing facility in Henley-on-Thames called The Wing is now churning out in-house movements, finally bringing watchmaking back to English shores. All of our watches include complementary insured shipping within the 50 states.

Most of our products are on hand and will ship directly from our headquarters in New York City. In some cases, watches will be shipped directly from one of our authorized partners.

We generally ship our products via FedEx, fully insured, within 5 business days of purchase. An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. We are also happy to hand deliver your purchase in Manhattan or you may pick it up at our showroom.

Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. A restocking fee may apply. Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped.
