Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting and inspiring evening at our Midtown Manhattan headquarters dedicated to the intersection of art, jewelry and culture in watch collecting. Headlined as "Watch 101: Building Your Watch Collection," the evening was a collaborative effort with Pulse On The Wrist and the Women in Jewelry Association-NY Metro Chapter.
Over 40 women who were eager to learn from our esteemed panel of experts, which included Brynn Wallner (@dimepiece), Tanya Dukes (@tanyadukes), Charity Mhende (@pulseonthewrist), and the renowned watchmaker Catherine Donnelly. The discussions covered a wide range of topics, from practical tips on selecting one's first timepiece to exploring the latest industry trends. All in all, it was an inspiring evening filled with valuable insights, engaging stories and a palpable enthusiasm in watches.
Guests had the opportunity to explore a curated selection of vintage and pre-owned watches from Analog:Shift, connecting with the stories behind these timeless pieces. The event also featured several vendors from female-owned businesses, including wine and decor, celebrating the significant contributions of women to the watch industry and beyond.
We were thrilled to see a diverse group of attendees whose perspectives furthered the conversation. A special thank you to Tiffany Wade ( @tiffywade) and @chillcreations_ for beautifully capturing the essence of the evening.
Enjoy the recap video and photo highlights as we relive this memorable event.
